The Danville Fire Department Regional Hazardous Materials Team has been dispatched to Lynchburg Va. for a train derailment with fire. The Team is responding with 15 personnel, 2 response vehicles pulling trailers, and one Assistant Chief. They left Danville just before 3:30 pm. Their return time will depend on the incident resolution.
