At around midnight last night, a fire at a residence was spotted coming from the rear corner of a house on Farrar St. The fire was cause by an electrical problem, and was answered by 3 Engines, a Ladder truck, 2 command vehicles, and a unit from the Danville Life Saving Crew . The first arriving vehicle from the Danville Fire Dept., reported smoke showing from the rear of the house. All occupants were out of the structure and accounted for. The fire was quickly contained, and units were on the scene for about an hour and a half. The residents were unable to remain in the structure, and were taken care of by The Red Cross.
