The Danville Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 916 Luna Lake Rd. at 5:55 am this morning. Upon arrival crews found a single story residential with fire showing from the crawl space and the left rear corner of the house. The occupant advised that everyone was outside and accounted for. Crews extinguished the fire with two handlines. The house received extensive damage. Two adults and three children were displaced. they advised that they would be staying with family. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was determined to be electrical. Three engines, one ladder truck, one tanker, a safety officer and one chief officer was on scene for approximately two hours.
