UPDATE POSTED TUESDAY, JAN. 12:
The start of the turning lane improvement project on Riverside Drive will be delayed due to Monday’s rainfall. With rain and possibly a light wintry mix forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday, construction will not begin until Thursday at the earliest.
Weather permitting, the project was scheduled to begin Monday, Jan. 12, and continue for the next several weeks. The project includes extending two existing turning lanes and creating a new turning lane in the Vandola Road area.
