The Danville Police Department will hold a promotion ceremony Thursday, January 31st at 3:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, on the 4th floor of the Municipal Building located at 427 Patton Street, Danville, Virginia 24540. Due to several retirements of senior members of the department, 10 officers will be promoted.
