Additional charges have been brought against Antonio T-Quan Terry for the July 26th murder of Keenan Cunningham. A Danville Grand Jury issued indictments Monday against Terry for the following charges:
VA State Code 18.2-32 – First Degree Murder
VA State Code 18.2-53.1 – Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony
VA State Code 18.2-308.2 – Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
VA State Code 18.2-154 – Maliciously Shoot at an Occupied Vehicle (5 counts)
Terry was served with the indictments and he is being held without bond in the Martinsville City Jail.

Danville Police have made an arrest in connection to the homicide of Keenan Cunningham. Investigators charged Antonio T-Quan Terry, age 29, of Danville, with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Terry was arrested yesterday evening in Danville without incident. Police are not looking for any further suspects at this time. This case is active and due to the ongoing nature, no further details will be released at this time. Terry's picture is being temporarily withheld for investigative reasons.

07-26-2019 Homicide
Danville Police responded to a call for shots fired in the 300 block of Hughes St. this morning at approximately 3:30 AM. Officers found a vehicle in 100 block of Hughes St. occupied by a male who was suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as Keenan Cunningham, age 30, of Danville. He will be transported to the Western District Medical Examiner’s Office in Roanoke for an autopsy. Hughes St. is expected to be open to traffic by 11:00 AM.
