Following an investigation and assistance from the public, the Danville Police Department has made an arrest after an early Wednesday morning robbery at Sunrise in the 2200 block of North Main Street.
Isaac Jerome Graham, 41, has been charged with the following:
SC 18.2-58 - Robbery
SC 18.2-53.1 - Use of a Firearm while in the commission of a Felony
SC 18.2-308.2 – Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
SC 18.2-90 – Burglary (Armed)
SC 18.2-95 – Grand Larceny
SC 18.2-56.1 – Reckless Handling of a Firearm
SC 18.2-279 – Discharge a Firearm in an Occupied Building
CC 40-3 – Discharge a Firearm Within the City Limits
SC 18.2-250 Possession of a SCH I/II Controlled Substance
SC 18.2-308.4 – Possession of a Firearm While in Possession of Schedule I/II Controlled Substance
Graham entered the store on Dec. 28, produced a firearm, retrieved an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and fled the scene.
No one was hurt or injured during the robbery.
