The Danville Police Department has made arrests of two individuals that are persons of interest in connection with the homicide that occurred at Woodside Village Apartments around midnight Monday, May 1, in the 1300 block of Piney Forest Road.
Both individuals are still in custody and being held on unrelated charges.
The investigation is still ongoing.
The Danville Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred overnight at Woodside Village apartments.
Shortly after midnight, officers responded to the 1300 block of Piney Forest Road and found one adult male dead, and two with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have identified the homicide victim as Marcus Hairston, 37. Officers administered CPR upon finding Hairston, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
