A suspect is in custody following a shots fired incident that occurred Saturday, Dec. 16, in the 1000 block of Piney Forest Rd. at Skatetown.
No one was injured as a result of this incident.
At 8:51 p.m., officers responded to Skatetown where it was reported the shooting suspect, Christopher Greene, 23, had fled.
Greene was located in the area shortly after police arrived and was arrested. He is charged with felony discharging a firearm in an occupied building, misdemeanor reckless handling of a firearm, felony second offense concealed weapon, and misdemeanor discharging a firearm within city limits.
Greene is being held in the Danville City Jail under no bond.
The investigation remains ongoing.
